Orders and Shipping
We deliver to most addresses in the United Kingdom for orders placed through this site. Regrettably, we are unable to deliver to some areas in the UK mainland, PO Boxes, and BFPO addresses, please read our shipping policy.
Please allow 2-7 working days to receive your order, all delivery timescales are given as estimates. During busy periods such as Christmas or Covid-19 restrictions, delivery schedules can take longer, notice will be posted online here.
We use different courier companies to deliver your order depending on the size of the product. Royal Mail, Parcel Force, FedEx and UPS are some of the services that we employ. Each parcel sent with our standard delivery service is fully tracked.
Our courier providers deliver goods from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, and UK public holidays. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times and we do not despatch goods on weekends or British public holidays.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, all Debit Cards and PayPal, you do not need to own a PayPal account to make a purchase.
All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. We stay up to date with the latest security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are safe and confidential.
Returns and Exchanges
As soon as we despatch your order, we will send you an email informing you of the delivery method and a tracking number if applicable. With this link you can track every step of the delivery. Please check your spam filter or junk mail folder if you don’t receive an email within a couple of days after ordering. If you experience any problems, contact us online using our email form including your order number and we’ll be happy to assist you.
If you see an error in your shipping address or want to modify/cancel your order please email us as soon as possible including your order number, and we will try our best to help out. We fulfil our orders as quickly as possible and cannot promise that we’ll be able to stop your package from being sent out in time to change the address or cancel.
We accept returns within 14 days after you have received your product. All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags still intact. Some items including face masks are exempt from return/refund so please read our full Returns Policy.
We are an online retail business, we do not operate a physical brick-and-mortar store, all our merchandise is stored in our UK warehouses and shipped directly to you. Please shop and browse our entire product catalogue online.
